•To develop, maintain and improve work coordination with local key partners (community, NGO, international bodies).
•Working closely with the Education Coordinator; the Education Officer will ensure successful implementation of the project activities.
•Co-ordinate with Education Coordinator for effective implementation of the education project activities,
•ensuring clear guidance and standards for all program staff are in compliance with all agreements and the project proposal
•To manage Community Mobilizer and work in close collaboration with the community for the roll-out of agreed project activities
•Develop work plan, budget plan and effective monitoring of all activities
•Ensure that the education program is implemented effectively in a good quality standards and ensuring consistency of the work in accordance to the program goals and objectives.
•Submit operational plans on weekly and monthly basis, reviewing activities periodically,
•To ensure that project expenditures are used within limits and guidelines approved by the Program Manger.
Develop, maintain and improve mutual and beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and provide capacity building through advocacy (including government officials, school teachers and community leaders)
•To ensure successful implementation of the project.
•Develop, maintain and improve work coordination with local key partners (community, NGO, international bodies), to ensure the successful implementation of the project activities
•Develop progress reports periodically to line manager, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and updated information.
•Ensure effective, streamlined communication between education program and Logistics and other support staff.
•Ensure program staff safety and security, and ensure all Save the Children policies and principles are upheld at all time.

oDesign manual for teachers, community, and PTC.
oCoordinate with department members in an effective manner
oAttend meetings and disseminate information to other team members

•Identified Dropout and brought them back
•Conducted and organized Advocacy events at UC level in District Dir Conducted meetings with education department for smooth running of the project activity.
•Conducted meetings with stack holders, religious influential, activists at District level.

Duties of CSP:
Pre-Campaign
Develop effective micro plans with:
1. Clearly defined maps at district/Zone/and UC level
2. Proper selection of teams
a) Inclusion of female
b) Team members selected from the local area to be vaccinated
c) Team member to be familiar with the local language and culture
3. Effective utilization of fixed sites
4. Locally appropriate plans for ensuring coverage of missed children
5. Ensure effective training
a) CSP to help and facilitate training Area-in-Charge
b) Monitor and facilitate Team Training
c) Mobilize community leaders and Parents
d) Religious leaders Mobilized
e) Nazims and District Nazims briefed
6. Ensure availability of essential resources
a. Vehicles-seek support of the District Nazim and DCO, NGOs and other partner.
B. Review the OPV and Vitamin A, Social mobilization material and other logistic distribution plan and revise as needed.
During campaign:
Monitoring:
1. Campaign Implementation
Campaign Day 1-Health Facilities, Fixed Sites, Team and Supervisor,
2.Campaign Day 2- Health Facilities, Fixed Sites, Team and Supervisor,
3.Campaign Day 3-Teams and Area/ house hold.
4. Campaign Day 4 & 5 catch up and sweeping.
Ensure effective utilization of resources.
Post Campaign:
Extensive monitoring of the coverage in a wide of range of Areas/Households to ensure that no child has been missed by vaccination.
Reporting
1) Proper completion of monitoring Check lists (Pre- Campaign; Campaign and Post Campaign)
2) Preparation of CSP summary Report and narrative report and its submission to:
Taught science Subject to Class 9th and 10th especially Biology
I passed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in second position and i have three year teaching experience in sceince subject.
I have passed Msc in second division obtained 57% marks
