Working with MUSASHI AUTO PARTS INDIA PVT. LTD. Haryana (India), Standard room in Quality Department. This company supply to Honda, Hero Moto., and Suzuki. And ISO/TS-16949 Certified. Company make Gears raw material to Final part.
Since 29 SEPT’14 to 10 FEB’17
RESPONSIBILITY:
•Inspection for machined & casting various components as per process control standard.
•Inspection to all Roughness parameter Rz, Rzmax, Ra.
•Manpower handle in QA department as Supervisor.
•In-Process part inspection of Cylinder Block & Cylinder Head & connecting rod and giving setting approval.
•Root cause analysis of customer complaints & implementation of Counters measures.
•Controlling the in-house rejection and rework of shop floor. Conduct the Process capability study i.e. CPK, CP study.
•Problem solving using the latest Quality tools such as SPC, Pareto Analysis, root cause and effect analysis.
I have 4 weeks training certificate in Diesel locomotive Workshop ( DLW ) Varanasi , India. I have some sports certificate also achieved in 3rd position in my college zonal game in shotpull, Disc Throw.
