• Ensured monitoring and evaluation of Community Resilience Activity (CRA) project implemented from Sindh Regional Office.

• Contributed to developing concept notes/ Project Proposals for bilateral donors and closely monitored the implementation of special projects as per KPIs and project results.
- Led MER department and developed Monitoring Evaluation Frameworks / Strategy (M&E Plan, RBM, LFA, Database Management).
- Conducted Rapid Need Assessments on “Droughts” in district Tharparkar and “Nutrition” in District Sanghar for USAID projects.
- Designed 03 projects (02 Drought Mitigation, 01 Nutrition) and secured funding from Concern Worldwide and USAID.
- Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the donors.
- Coordinated Implementing Partners, Government Line Departments and Communities.
- Developed capacity of the 60 staff on Project Management, Data Collection / Survey, and Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.

- Designed and successfully administrated an online data collection tool through android-based M&E Tool (mWater & KOBO).
My role was to supervise data collection/village profiling and manage the database and randomly verified and selected deserving beneficiaries on set criteria. I prepared Project Monitoring Plan and developed required formats, as well as arranged capacity-building events for project staff, and collected MoVs.
Managed field-based observations through process monitoring and tracking the project’s deliverables/milestones through key performance indicators. Supported Supervisor in making data analysis reports and maintaining means of verification as per M&E plan. I conducted classroom observations and spot checks for the project and verified data as per the data management plan. Managed data received from implementing partner organizations and conducted field monitoring visits for data validation. Provided technical input on reports and documents received from IP.
I developed formats and tools to collect and record data to verify performance. Prepared Qualitative and Quantitative Data Collection Tools for various surveys and monitoring project activities. Kept updated profiles of the beneficiary and evaluated Pre & Post training impact. Conducted situation analysis, Baseline & End line, and Pre & Post KAP studies, assisted in internal evaluation from time to time, and suggested mid-course corrections.
I managed and looked after project implementation by deploying results-based management skills. I Produced, assimilated, analyzed and used project information from varied and diverse sources, including the field, to provide in-depth & timely analysis and appropriate recommendations to increase project impact and efficient use of resources.
Ensured project systems and implementation of activities (financial and non-financial) are on track. Besides this, observed a rights-based and holistic approach in developing and implementing project strategies; and undertaken budget allocation, and ensure fiscal responsibility at every level of project management. Being a Project Manager, I ensured the smooth functioning of the team by setting out clear responsibilities, timely and appropriate delegation, and conflict resolution, where necessary; and also supported the team leaders in developing annual/monthly work plans, and assessing financial needs of each department and
activity.
