I work closely with the project manager. I aid in creating and implementing project work plans, revising plans details based on client needs and project requirements. Sometimes i delegate specific task for employees, helps identify the needed resources, and manage daily operations during the absence of the real manager. Other tasks of an assistant project manager include reviewing reports prepared by staff before passing to the client, implementing company methodologies and project principles, overseeing quality assurance procedures, preparing project reviews and documenting project details. The assistant project manager also implements safety procedures and budget planning to reduce risks and revenue losses.
Extend assistance and cooperation for the successful completion of software projects. Sketch out project goals in concord with client's expectations and project purposes. Draft a work schedule and provide a deadline for each step-in software development. Update the clients on the progress of the project and answer related queries. Responsible to coordinate the team of software developer, coding members, software testers, clients etc. Discuss shortcomings, concerns with management to develop solutions. Support the quality control teams to perform assessment tests and check quality standards. Judge the effectiveness and utility of the developed software against the predetermined objectives. File and maintain project related documentation
Provide guidance to junior Oracle developers within the team in ensuring adherence to the Oracle development/customizations standards. Provide advices to business analysts on the development approaches in line with the Oracle Standard functionalities. Work closely with analysts, key stakeholders, DBAs and system administration to define and document technical specifications and schedule and carry out development within the agreed implementation plan within time, quality, performance and budget constraints.
· ISI Information’s like indenting controlling, Contract and MI Slip preparation, User and Labs testing, Accepted and Rejected Items, Correspondence Records, Calibration Schedule of Weighing Scales, and all related reports.
· QA Information’s Employee records, Corrective / Preventive Actions, Audit Activities, Effluent Reports, and Item Rejection Reports.
· Links between ISI and CMC (Central Material Control) and All Factories.
· Driver Permit, Deriver License, Insurance Detail, Registration, Vehicle Permit and Social Security card.
· Bloom Information’s like Quarantine records, Lab test Reports, Inventory maintained, Order Status, and Finish Goods information.
· Information’s like Daily Book records, Ledger Entries, Charts of Account, Builty Form, Bill Receiving, and Banks records.
