Procurement of Freight for big sales team.
*Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
*Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies.
*Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
Manage road freight Department .
Manger fleet operation, Delivries, Cross border Transporation, Transit Transportation, Upcountry Transportation
*Develop plans or set goals to reduce carbon emissions associated with storage or transport activities.
*Conduct investigations to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures
*Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes
*Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints
*Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify.
*Communicate and represent the organization to existing customers, potential customers, the public, government, and other external sources in the industry
*Direct the activities of staff in relation to transportation operations including dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles
*Negotiate with carriers, warehouse operators and insurance company representatives for services and preferential rates
*Manage Day to Day logistics operation.
Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the operations and budget.
*Identify and manage risk within the logistics activities
*Develop and implement profit improvement plans and change management plans
*Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify.
*Manage Floor Operation of a fast pace restaurant.
*Manager and Maintain Warehouse /Inventories /Product Variance of Dry and Perishable goods
*Maintain records of Delivery/Transfer In-Outs/Stock Levels/Shelf Life of goods and Damages.
*Receiving Deliveries of Dry and Perishable goods/Checking receiving temperature.
* Full knowledge of FIFO and LIFO systems/ Yearly and quarterly audits /Ordering.
* Full Knowledge of HACCP and Osha Standards.
* Ensure Hygiene Standards/Physical conditions of Warehouse and goods keeping.
