Export:
* Accountable for entire export sales operations based in Dubai, Hamriya Free Zone.
* Reviewing the foreign traders enquires through various sources such as alibaba,
globalsources, pcnet, tradekey, importers and various b2b website.
* Processing PI, contracts, and other documents such as registration forms for registering
products for the client’s in their respective country.
* Liaising with Director for production and shipment.
* Working with various shipping agents to get cheapest quotes for the client’s worldwide.
* Taking feedback on market progress with monthly reports.
* Liaising with designer for making marketing posters and other marketing stuff for
promotions.
* Team Management - Handling team of 3 CARA(Credit and Rebilling Expert) Analyst.
* Liaison with Client Managers, Finance Managers, Regional Managers and Service Operation
Managers, as well as all other divisions in the supplier/customer relationship for various
approvals and to provide on-going contractual support.
* Maintain & create Dynamic reports.
* Participated and successfully completed various Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma Initiatives.
* Ensure daily deliverables meet the Service Level Agreements for the process.
* Well versed with more than 12 tools used for various billing, analysis and reporting purpose.
