Support delivering of Health and Safety Policy and standards.
Development of business contacts (Sub Contractors, Foremen, Workers, Consultants etc)

Inspecting and Supervision of Pile structural activities e.g., drilling, preparation and installation of steel cages in drilled holes, concrete pouring, Head breaking of Pile & Pile capping for raft.
Supervising the activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards taking account of impact outside area of responsibility.
Making decisions within parameters set by line manager, using job/specialist experience.
Communicating the team for the Implementation of project specification.
Reviewing the quarries, Method statement, and Project schedule..
Helped with the creation and implementation of Construction Work Plans.
Inspection and Supervision of civil structural activities e.g. Substructure & Superstructure, bar bending Schedule, preparation and installation of reinforcement.
Interacting with Client or users around specific work efforts and deliverables.
Focusing on work to complete a set of related tasks for a particular section to accommodate new tasks.
Preparing the site activity & progress reports on daily basis.
Maintaining job files and documentation.
