Responsible to follow on different communication and transmission activities through telecommunication equipment’s.

• As a Negotiation Officer communicating US based Insurance carrier in daily basis to collect payment for medical providers in USA.
• To comply with all workers Compensation Guidelines for payment collections.
• Proper reporting to senior management on payment on payment collections.
• Responsible of monitoring Aid distribution process for IDP's of South Waziristan.
• Ensuring the implementation of Save The Children standards, child policy, and WFP rules and regulations and monitoring online beneficiary identifications and verifications and distribution logistical provisions.
• Extensive traveling to field areas along with close coordination with all supportive components to ensure effective implementation of the project activities.
• Supporting Coordinator and Program Manager in decision making by providing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Overseeing field data compilation, providing all kind of support for trainings and staff.
• Recognizing and identifying priorities in the field with the cooperation of the field staff and emphasizing on fulfillment of the needs of the project activities.
Responsible for Planning, implementation, and monitoring of FSL activities.
• Complying with World Vision Child protection policy to ensure maximum protection.
• Preparing reports as per donor guidelines and handle reporting requirement in time.
• Coordinating with operations logistics staff over supplies to the field for FSL activities.
• Maintaining documents of the project equipment, vendor agreements, attendance of the project participants, project monitoring reports, and project closing summary.
• Coordinating development of FSL in conjunction with field staff.
• Supporting counterparts in Food Security and Livelihoods in World vision area of operation.
• Responsible for maintaining & organizing office staff and healthy environment.
• Assisting all foreign staff in their field visits, pick and drop from team house to places.
• Making record of procurement, TIRs and fueling and updating those time by time.
• Defining specific duties to office staff like cook, office boy, front desk assistant and guards.
• Ensuring the Maintenance of the team houses and fulfilling the needs of foreign staff.
• Dealing with all kind of vendors and their agreements and provisions to office.
Handling different matters relating to the credit card customers interest in the
products of the Bank Alfalah i.e. warid etc.
Introducing leasing schemes of the Bank Alfalah to its credit card customers
Reporting and data entry in the computers on daily basis .
Any other duties assigned by the Team Leader.
