•Preparing & maintaining all MIS related to Inventory, Logistic like: - Stock Report, Provision Report, Purchase Returns, Stocks Ageing status, Top Selling SKU Report, Stocks v/s Sales (Vice-Versa), Shrinkage Report, Perpetual Inventory Reports, GRN Report, Purchase Returns Reports, All kind of Delivery Details Reports, Inventory flow chart, Stock Status etc.


SOP & Procedures:

•Modifying the existing procedures according to the changing scenario.
•Modifying the existing Data according to new update.
•Modifying the Warehouse layout as per inventory flow.
•100% Adherence on SOP

•Taking Care of Entire West Cluster Reliance CDIT Store for PO and PR related issue.
•Resolving SAP related Issue for Entire West Cluster.
•Review on System Health Check for Entire West Cluster.
•Review for all West Cluster on Scroll, DMS and ZVI to ensure timely payment release to Vendor.
•Maintains a warehouse inventory management System.
•Responsible for keeping stock items and other product in an organized manner.
•Inward and Outward of Material in SAP.
•Analyses physical inventory, maintaining inventory discrepancy investigations.
•Looking after negative Inventory, Discrepancies, Adjustment stock and Shrinkage.
•Setup of Store Room and looking after environment.
•Co-ordinating with DC person for Stock and movement of the Goods as per company requirement.
•Planning, organizing and coordinating of all the activities: Inbound Outbound, Purchase Requisition.
•Planning a Regular PI for the entire Store.

Designated as Back dock Controller / Warehouse In charge and responsible for the entire Logistic Activities and MIS.

•I have also handled multiple responsibilities like Daily Replenishment of the stock.
•Inward and Outward of Material in SAP / POS.
•Working on mail on daily basis to communicate with Vendor, Buyer, Brand, Manager and other outlet of the company on officially matter.
•Handling a team as a warehouse in charge.
•Looking after negative Inventory, Discrepancies, Adjustment stock and Shrinkage.
•Handling Defective and Trade In / Exchange product and also sales accounting as well of trade-In Profit & Loss.
•Setup of Warehouse looking after warehouse environment.
•Co-ordinating with transportation for delivery activities.
•Co-ordinating with DC person for Stock and movement of the Goods as per company requirement.
•Sending a compile report of Trade In, Negative report, Open STO, Open PO, Transfer In / Receipt pending, Defective data, for all Mumbai Croma.
•Planning, organizing and coordinating of all the activities: Inbound Outbound, Purchase Requisition, Customer Delivery, Inter transfer and Trade-in and Coordinating with Brand for defective etc.
•As well as taking opportunity to send data on weekly basis as per task given by Area Manager and Zonal manager for West Mumbai .
•Apart from these responsibilities, I have also conducted training at TATA Croma, where I have conducted Induction to the new staff.

•Conducting Teaching activity of CRS class and Mobilization as an Alumni Trainer and as a Alumni President at regular period as per my convenience at Kotak Education Foundation labs from 15th of Dec 2007.
