Following up with banks for customer inquiries, amendments & stop payments through email, letters and by telephone.
Managing Customer database effectively to ensure that customer operates within the set parameters whilst developing and enhancing effective customer relationship that protects the organizations revenues and customer database.
Frontline interaction with customers, supervision / handling of customer queries & complaints ensuring that transactions are processed with the minimum turnaround time to the customer satisfaction.
Ensure that the system is updated with accurate relevant timely information relating to transactions and that any flaws are reported to Central operations for corrective measures.
Handling of the correspondence independently between customer and to their respective areas.
Training new employees at the branch.
