Scope:
The scope of work of this project covers the construction of Civil Works, Sewerage Works, Strom Water Works, Potable Water Works, Roads Works, Electrical Sub Station Works, NDRC Works and Telephone Works in the particular location
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the following but not limited,
Daily reporting about Quality, non-compliance, to the Project Manager.
Preparing Project Monthly Quality Dashboard as per Musanada Requirements.
Prepared and Submit Project Quality Plan.
To ensure that the equipment is calibrated and are checked for accuracy as per the Calibration Schedule.
Coordinate to the Project Engineer, General Foreman and Chief Surveyor regarding the prepared works done before Submitting inspection request.
Prepared and submit Method statement for different activities for approval to consultant and Client.
Prepared and Submit Inspection Test Plan.
To ensure that all the inspections and tests are carried out as indicated on the appropriate Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
To ensure that only approved material is used.
Checking and controlling the Quality of work and Material.
Monitoring of QA/QC related site activities on daily basis.
Monitor the project related protocol set up for Inspection of works by the inspection teams.
Coordinate with Consultant/Client and site team to ensure quality of work being performed
Arranging quality trainings/induction to newly joined employees.
Conducting briefing/Training to site staff on quality procedures /work instructions related to their scope of work.
Raise internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR), for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction practices. Also to follow up the close out of NCR’s and SOR’s.
Monitoring and implementing the inspection and test plan for all and different stages of works.
Carried out joint quality walk with client/consultant.
Closed out and submit the monthly quality inspection/ site visit report.(QIF)
Closed out Site observation through implementation corrective action, for preventive action giving training to site team.
Closed out Non conformance report through implementation of corrective action.
Provide training to our site staff based on route cause analysis to prevent recurrence of NCRs and SOR.
Reviewing Shop drawing for related ongoing works.
Preparing organization chart.
Organizing site quality meeting in coordination with the Project Manager/QA.QC Manager
