 Responsible for production of steel clamping structure for Distribution, Power & Cast resin transformer core
 Responsible for commissioning, training, operation and maintenance of production unit that includes,
 2nos Bystronic CO2 Laser cutting machines (6kW & 4.4kW),
 1 nos Bystronic 360 Ton CNC Press brake
 6 Fronius welding stations, MIG and TIG
 2 Shotblasting machines, hanger and rotary type
 Conventional machine tools for drilling, tapping, milling, turning, grinding
 20 employees from multicultural background
 Plan and process raw material to final part; manage process, quality & cost
 Ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology
 Understanding customer requirement and ensuring quality in the production procedures
 Our customer portfolio includes major transformer manufacturing companies around the world including Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Alstom, Hitachi, Tesar etc.
 Undergoing management and operations training. Learn how equipment operates first from machinery manufacturer, and train production workers on how to use the equipment in the manufacturing process
 Streamlining all steps in production process, and seeking improvement in procedures wherever necessary
 Develop and implement more efficient procedures for items already in production or to be produced in the future
 Setting of equipment and trial taking in case for new project or design
 Carry out initial inspections in order to ensure quality standards are achieved.
 Identify, analyze and resolve problems and issues, such as with machinery needing to be fixed, cleaned or redesigned, or if a worker is not adhering to the proper steps in manufacturing, or such as using the equipment incorrectly or not assembling products properly
 Plan production according to delivery schedules
 Synchronize the activities with adjacent departments like Purchasing and Technical
 Discuss feedback from production to technical dept. in order to improvise production efficiency
 Keeping track of costs
 Managing workers on the production line, ensuring they all work together as a team and follow protocols
 Training the team of workers on safety and quality assurance protocols
 Managing work shifts for team members as per production planning
 Familiarise with inspection and quality control processes. Monitor compliance and maintain accurate document.
 Inspect incoming raw material to ensure all quality requirements are as specified in purchase order.
 Ensure quality risks are correctly assessed, identified and managed
 Implement quality control procedures and plans for providing more efficient work
 Prepare the unit for 5S and ISO systems

 Provide complete Technical support for both Dubai and Italy production plants
 Train and manage team of Technical Assistants (10 persons) to company set standards and procedures
 Manage & update technical data base
 Analysing and understanding technical documentation from customers all over the world and creating standard documentations for reference
 Maintaining contact with customer for design modification or revisions
 Managing, identifying & resolving non-conformities and providing extended trainings
 Working in line with Quality Assurance team to create 8D reports and quality documentations
 Plan and manage timely completion of projects, machine programs and Technical data
 Supports Sales and Purchase departments on preparing quotations and technical queries
 Compiles technical reports, performance reports and trend charts for management
 Create work flow standards, fool proof templates and reference documents to improve team efficiency
 Analysing and identifying pitfalls in work flows and implementing right tools/procedures to resolve the issue
 Provides input to technical studies/research projects
 Abstracting design intent from customer drawings and creating parametric models

 Understanding and analysing customer designs and converting them to company set standard
 Feasibility checking of designs and proposing modifications if required
 Preparing 3D & 2D drawings for manufacturing with detailed BOM
 Support production with technical drawings, programs and relevant information
 Revising drawings and updating technical data base
 Supports Sales and Purchase departments on preparing quotations and technical queries

- Managing shop floor for incoming vehicles and services
- Scheduling jobs and ensuring timely deliveries
- Customer support and service advice
- Maintain documentation related to service history and repair
- Damage estimation and insurance claim follow up
- Quality check and approval

- Design and manufacturing Press tools, Dies, Jigs and Fixtures
- Maintenance of fleet tools and moulds for Toyota componenets

- Modification of presstools and dies as per design change
