• Organizing of Finance files, maintaining files of staff contracts for Finance and accounting purposes.
• Initiate payment processing according to NRC financial rules and, keep track of all advances issued to area offices and staff and ensuring its monthly adjustments and reconciliation.
• Maintaining subsidiary ledgers and maintaining petty cash fund and perform cash reconciliation/ physical Cash counts regularly.
• Participate in providing procedural support to the staff in the area offices in the NRC Programme.
• Process monthly accounting in a timely fashion such that it is received by the AFM within the due date and maintain up-to-date budget information on projects for costing purposes.
• Maintaining and updating personnel files and maintaining HR records of all staff.
• Maintaining files of office, guesthouse, vehicle rentals contracts, insurances etc.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
• Organize office, guesthouse repairs and maintenance.
• Keep track of ending dates of contracts and keep all office equipment always operational and maintain their maintenance record.
• Maintain up to date files on tax and labor laws and maintain files of NRC’s reports to Government Agencies and other bodies in Pakistan
• Maintain office records on file tree as well as hard copy for the archives
• Ensure that NRC’s administrative policies and procedures are implemented.

• Finance administration, Inventory Management & performs various duties.
