1) Preparation of the required materials and resources to accomplish the TAM plan within the approved timeframe and cost.
2) Receive and review Maintenance Notification and study the same, set priorities, after discussion with Maintenance Supervisor and Production Supervisor, and prepare schedules.
3) Conduct site visits for estimation on preferred jobs ensures spares and resources are available for each maintenance job and monitor the work progress.
4) Prepare job plans for the activities and reviews with respective supervisors (Operations and Maintenance), plans spares / materials, tools, services and other resources required for the assigned area.
5) Review equipment spare parts and recommend/initiate equipment bills of material and stock level request as required.
6) Initiates purchase requests as required to procure services, non-stock materials, and tracks history of spares utilization.
7) Prepare the work packages, and monitor progress and performance of the work during the shutdowns / turnarounds.
8) Provide information for the monthly, periodic and other reports to the Planning Analysts.
