Presently managing a program -phase projects (multiple EHV HV substations Cable tunnel projects, Mix use High rise car park substation projects, other power elements upgrade -major maintenance projects.). As a client-side Multidisciplinary Senior project manager-Project interface and coordination - for HV electrical projects, Civil-MEP -Loss prevention special system project program-Multiple EPC control and monitoring, stakeholder management, HSE coordination. My role is to oversee multiple teams of projects Managers, Senior engineers, cost and planning engineers, switching engineers, Multiple specialist consultants’ performing teams, leading them throughout the project phases from development of Design & tender preparation, tender evaluation bidders Q& A, guiding and leading site supervision & design review consultant from Post award Kickoff, project management, Project interface and coordination, Epc design and engineering delivery, construction, project control, testing and commissioning, till handing over and project closeout . leading various work progress -project meetings (with consultants and contractors lead managers), Highly experience in auditing of multiple sites for coordination, Quality, engineering, HSE performance etc. giving presentation for management priorities to corporates top management. Latest Low environment impact design management skills, project business -commercial experience, contract, VO’s, negotiations and claims, uniform implementation of Kahramaa policies for all contracts. successfully completed. Multiple primary substation Phase projects -Ph12 & Ph13 (EPCMs M/s Siemens AG, M/s L&T, NNCT, Best and Betas. Few highlighted projects will be Al Sadd Car park with Mass transit ( Q rail Underground station ), AL Bidda Car park, Doha Metro Depot -super substation, Lusail -Dry utility cable tunnel -132kV .
Construction Projects Manager -Airport Infrastructure project (567 million AED) and 200 million Marina -resort power and utilities package project.

As Senior projects Engineer/construction manager for onsite EPCM for an awarded project, Multiple high-rise towers-G+M+17 floor (for Etihad airways next to Abu Dhabi terminal 2, the client was Al DAR properties PJSC -Abu Dhabi. The role was to deliver the MEP, Power, and Drainage infrastructure construction of complete project.
Leading the team of PE& SE with large labour force on site to erect -install and commissioned all MEP systems of 5 towers, Pumping station of drainage system and large common tanks. reporting and updating cost to complete, updating procurement register, Managing onsite QA/QC inspections from client / consultants representatives .Successfully completed a large marina-beach resort power and utilities infrastructure project execution / construction under Six construct as Main contractor, The package consist of large concrete Tank ( combination of multiple tanks -Fire and irrigation water tank, sewage collection tank, etc), 2.5 KM water transmission line -DI to non-insulated HDPE 600/450/200.with multiple valve and expansion joint chambers in line with ADWEA / TRANSCO guidelines. The role was to manage MEP, Water (T&D) projects, District cooling line projects, and above miscellaneous electromechanical scope for detail engineering, preparation and submittal of detail shop drawings, procurement, and erection -construction on site till client consultants product/ project work validation.
Project manager -MEP, assisting senior projects manager for a large LNG terminal project package -two primary substation package, control room facilities building, fire house, change houses loading terminal building MEP and services projects.
As a HVAC and Plumbing engineer completed another 7-star Hotel apartment high rise tower construction project for MEP services.
As service Engineer -Mechanical .the role was customer focused, working from central workshop facility, receiving the small or medium size water pumps above ground mounted general type, underground borewell vertical pumps, and specialized sea water pumps, air compressors and DG sets for regular break down or service maintenance .
Attending customer calls, visiting sites for large pumps, hotel drainage pumps.

As a son of NOCIL employee, i was always heard great things about Shell working culture and facilities .
as Graduate engineer trainee / management trainee i was inducted to an initial rotation of few major petrochemical plants, Olefin, EOG, than to polymer div "HDPE, LDPE and Granulation plant maintenance section .finally landed in central RE-( rotating equipment maintenance section ) .
the learning and adapting of vibration monitoring and analysis as a part of condition monitoring and maintenance planning process .selected for critical machine vibration analysis . main crack gas compressors ( centrifugal -rotary turbo driven high speed machines), Also witnessed daily condition monitoring rounds of one of world's largest reciprocating multistage compressor -clarke Durgeon installed in LDPE high pressure tech ( approx 1200 Kg/ cm2 reactor entry), complete plant consist of high pressure tubes as piping .with metal gasket and blow disc system .
even thou an old technology from shell but great mechanical engineering learning.
i learned vibration as machine language by means they tell us about their problems . i was part of transition from manual logs to digital recording of vibrations with latest tech probes and recorder .later on feeding data of all machines to a software which compare actual parameters with old new machine parameters to give an anlysis of machine condition
