Co-ordinate with PR Department to get all types of visas, security passes etc. as required for the job also to liaise with HR Department as may be necessary.
organizing all the Administrative Activities in order to facilitate the operations in accordance with the Company's Integrated Management System.Travel coordination for all Departments including bookings staff and people coming on mission visa (accommodation and airfare).Co-ordinate with logistics team to get items in and out of country on time.
