MAADEN Service Account Manager
-Creates, maintain and update Account Plan
-Acting as the first point of escalation owning queries or issues through to resolution, including the provision of Root Cause Analysis reports, take full control of the communications process and pro-actively liaise between the appropriate BU and Customer
-Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and management based objectives that will be communicated from time to time.
-Conduct on-site visits as appropriate to develop the customer relationship, build familiarity with the customer environment, and help mitigate and bring issues to resolution
-Liaising between customers and cross-BUs internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
-Working with internal teams, particularly internal strategy resources, to maximize, coordinate and deliver customer solutions in a timely and accurate way
