Coordinating for ongoing projects with engineers, site team and sub-contractors for all kind of documentation to ensure the smooth execution of work.
Preparing technical submittals for on-going and upcoming jobs as per project specification and requirement.
Updating the Material & Drawing submittal log sheet on timely bases.
Procuring the required materials as per the project requirement and Consultant’s prior approved after negotiating the prices and other aspects like availability, delivery and payment terms.
Ensuring timely delivery of material at site as per requirement facilitating smooth execution of projects.
Submitting Variations for ongoing projects for the changes coming while execution of project by preparing required commercial comparison against the tender quote together with supporting vendor quotations and other documents.
Processing the sub-contractors and vendors payment as per agreed term by furnishing all the required documents to accounts.

Operating at a senior level, working with all parties to find solutions to complex procurement issues.
Drafting high quality, articulate proposals, reports and presentations for MIS.
Supporting organizational change to improve business processes on a consistent basis and extension of
credit terms to support the cash flow.
Monitoring all supplier contracts, Letter of intents, Local and International purchase orders, Letter of orders.
Responsible for order placement, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
Involved in write-up of contracts and terms of procurement.
Involved in selling, buy-back offers for surplus materials.
Ability to manage procurement of multiple projects of large values.
Supporting finance / accounts in processing of supplier, sub-contractor payments and resolving commercial
disputes with suppliers and sub-contractors.
Forecasting price trends of major materials.
Functions and Responsibilities Denoted below:
Preparing RFQ, Rate comparison, LPO’s, Follow up deliveries.
Confers with officials from all facility units to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
Responsible for consolidated purchase for all mentioned projects
Checking the materials, processing invoices against purchase
Hiring and off hiring th, Equipment’s and Vehicles
Checking the quality of material
Negotiating with vendors for lowest possible prices
Arranging credit facilities for vendors
Specialist in Following Materials:
- Infrastructure Materials-Such as asphalt, concrete, steel, masonry, wood, polymers and composites
- Pipe line materials (GRE/GRP/UPVC/HDPE/STEEL PIPES & FITTINGS etc.)
- Road Material (Bituminous Solutions, Road Base, Sub Base, Signboards, Road Marking, Street
Lights, Guard Rail, Fencing, Precast Concrete Products etc.)
