1. Preparing proposals for recruitment of new staff for different departments in accordance with the requirement(s) of various departments/sections.
2. Conduction of staff recruitment of committee meeting as a secretary of the committee.
3. Notifying all the 2ew joining/ joining upon the transfer from other campuses.
4. Conducting Performance Appraisals through respective Heads/Supervisors in order to prepare the working papers for Contract Review Committee.
5. Processing document verification of newly inducted staff and faculty.
6. Preparing the data for the proceedings of DTRCs and TRPs of Faculty on TTS.
7. Preparing the working papers and conducting the Adhoc Selection Committee (ASC) meetings.
8. Preparing Job Offer and Contract letters for the successful candidates and put up for signatures.
9. Maintaining History of services/ completion of service books.
10. Preparing the lists of superannuating cases to notify.
11. Issuance of CIIT ID cards.
12. Conducted inquiry committee in case of Mr. Muhammad Ahmad, Ex-Lecturer, Management Sciences to review the extension of his contract as secretary.
13. Preparing and providing the HR related data whenever required by the Superiors or PS according to any type of customized format.
14. Updating and rectifying the Earned leave record in the ELMS.
15. Check the monthly attendance report to ensure that all the departments/ sections have incorporated the cases of extraordinary nature, i.e. Absence from duties, resignation, and termination appropriately, and to forward the same to accounts section.
16. Coordinating hiring of the faculty members (on contract and visiting basis) in consultation with the respective departments.
17. Designing equitable compensation & Benefit package
18. Processing of appointments, transfers, promotions, dismissals, seniority, selection, grade revision, pay fixation, grievances, grant of annual increments and all type of leave cases through relevant committee(s).
19. Orienting employees to CIIT rules/ regulations to ensure compliance.
20. Other routine matters and any work / duty assigned by the Reporting Officer / Campus Authority.
