I started in National Insurance Company Ltd as Assistant in May, 1996 till Dec, 2014- During this tenure, performed day to day work of insurance
company and worked in almost all departments of insurance such as Fire, Marine, Health, Motor, Personal accident insurance, Misc department both underwriting policies and claim processing.
I got promoted as Administrative Officer in Dec, 2014 till Sept, 2018- During this period, worked as Claim officer in Indirapuram Divisional
office and handled Fire, Marine, Health and Motor Department Claims.
In Sept, 2018, got promoted to as Assistant Manager and given charge of a Branch as Branch Manager in Jan 2019 to till date - As Branch Manager, Oversaw branch team consisting of 50+ customer service representatives and 10-12 staff and officers. Developed new business for the company, provided
excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and quick claim disbursement to
claimants.
