- Following up all security incidents.
- Investigates all incidents related to third parties inside the bank premises.
- Handle all bank issues with different local government sectors.
- Manage tenders belongs to maintenance companies, to choose best offers for maintaining all security devices and equipment.
- Monitoring and follow up security, health, safety, and fire systems maintenance to ensure that all bank branches is safe and meet with CBE standards.
- Coordination with CBE to get the approvals and requirements for opening new branches and comply with any new recommendation from regulatory.
- Coordination with the Ministry of Interior to follow up the police guards to secure the external borders of all branches.
- Review and approve access permits to all personal entering the all banks branches premises
- Prepare the weekly Security incident’s reports to bank CEO.
- Prepare the division budget and working to reduce expenses and benefit from the best offers.
- Managing Security supervisor and officers all over the bank.
- Provide leadership, training opportunities and guidance to security staff.
- Issue permits to all personal entering Telecom Egypt premises all over the country.
- Investigates all incidents related to third parties entering the premises.
- Coordinates with State security investigations, secret service and military secret service regarding any suspected personal or foreigners entering the premises.
- Managing Security officers all over telecom Egypt premises and following up incidents.
- Writing weekly Security incident reports to the director of Security.
- Due diligence for the new hire with coordination with HR.
- Giving permissions for telecommunication companies to allow them to work in Egypt, and work permits for expats to work in the field of telecommunications in Egypt.
