 Assist first time customers in opening bank accounts.
 Deals with walk-in customers enquire and ensure resolution
 Opening of account in Islamic Banking System (Bank Smart) & completing related operational requirements.
 Ensure Account Opening Procedures of Bank are strictly adhering to as per Guidelines and Policies.
 Managing the Customer Services Department by Enhancing and establishing relationship with existing and prospective customers.
 To achieve agreed sales target and follow sales management process, submitting required reports to the Branch Manager on timely basis.
 Developing potential customer database for new business development.
 Maintenance of customer data in the portfolio to upgrade or weed-out the non profitable accounts &obtaining referrals from existing customers for solicitation of new accounts.
 Providing high quality customer support ensuring updated knowledge of bank product and market competition.
 Maintaining quality assurance and portfolio management.
 Maintained a cordial relationship with the bank customer as he is the first point of contact in case of any disputes or misconception regarding bank services.
 Addressed and handled complaints and grievances of new and existing customers regarding banking facilities
 Assisting Auditors during branch auditing.
 To manage the sales and the front office team of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
