Major Responsibilities
• Initial product training successfully completed with the skills to service color and black & white multifunction systems
• Performs full range of maintenance and repairs on assigned products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal and customer call assistance.
• Manage call activity and perform associated administrative tasks
• Provide customer training on assigned products in accordance with current field procedures
As an engineer on CS (Coastal Station) at SPC (Sea Port Corporation), responsible for:
- Digital Microwave System.
- Optical Fiber System (cable & modems)
- VHF Radio communication system.
- HF Radio communication system.
- Inmarsat C&B system.
Responsible for operation maintenance and engineering upgrades.
Installation of all GSM telecommunication equipments inside the shelter.
- Microwave system.
- Bts & Antenna system
As an executive engineer in the Exterior Network Department, my work was consisting of establishing and supervising new projects.
- Site Surveying (Map Sketching, and Implementation).
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
- Network Installation: Primary + Secondary (Preparation and testing of materials, laying out cables and cable splicing).
- Supervision of Civil Engineering Works :( MHs constructions, P.V.C. pipes laying and connections and Protection).
- Conduction of Final Acceptance Testing.
- As-built drawings for the implemented work.
Certificate in Computer Maintenance, V. Good Two months course in computer maintenance.
Bachelor of Science (Honors) from the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Electrical & Computer Engineering Department. Omdurman Islamic University.
