Apart from Analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions, developing recommendations, my role includes working on Reporting Solutions that work with different call center switches & work force management systems in order to handle the impact on switch reports after SATMAP implementation. These solutions have capabilities to work with different data sources like MS SQL Server, MySQL, IBM Informix etc. depending upon switch requirements. Other accomplishments and responsibilities includes:
o Impact evaluation, Design and development of solutions for new switches.
o Designed/implemented high availability ETL
o Worked on integration with telephony operational reporting platforms for various switches (Avaya, Cisco, ININ, LiveVox etc.)
o Implemented HA (high availability) in all reporting development components
o Training more junior software engineers to ensure a consistent output
o Contribute to the ongoing improvement of software practices within the business.
o Research, design and implement best practice solutions to problems.
Participating in development of several Projects.
Developing workflow with LINQ and Entity Framework.
Design and development of GUI, components.
Worked as an internee as web designer and developer.
