Experience to review the drawings, calculations and verifying the submittals of STP/WTP, infrastructure utilities works such as sewer water system, storm water system, irrigation system, Fire Hydrant system including erection of equipment’s in according to standards and contract specification.

Experience to reporting of non-consensus and site observations and general liaison with the site engineers in relation to the quality and progress of work.
Provide the technical support HSE engineers on enforcing and monitoring the implementation of HSE procedures on construction site and recording and raising HSE non-conformities, as needed.
Fully participation during pre-commissioning and working for the troubleshooting of any mechanical problem.
Maintain site activities record including progress photos to assist in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. .
Provide the input to planning engineer for the development of project progress reports, as needed.
Reviews final Mechanical, punch list, and works with commissioning authority to trouble shoot / resolve any critical engineering issues.

Supervision & installation of all mechanical equipment’s for pumping station and waste water treatment such as submersible pumps, surge vessels, macerator, motor, actuated penstock, etc.
Supervision & installation of all waste water equipment’s such as screening, fine screening, grit and grees removal, sand classifier, aerators, pumps, air blowers, air diffuser, clarifier, filters, sludge dosing pumps, Back wash pump, return active sludge pump, polymer dosing pump, sludge dewatering unit, thermal oil heaters, cake packing unite including Butterfly valves, check valve, pressure release valve, anti-cavitation valve etc
Experienced in preparation/verification of ITP, QCP or, Method Statements, NCR, DR, ITR etc. for the Installation & Inspection of Equipment.
Experience to maitain the record regarding to deliver material at site to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
Ability to understand mechanical P&ID Drawings, equipment assembly drawing regarding STP.
Extensive experience to erection of plant accessories like Surface Aerators, Bridge of F.S.T, Filtration Building, Pumping Station, Electromagnetic water flow meter, Backwash pumps, RAS pump, conveyors, Generator, Pneumatic penstock, sludge dryer, Chlorination system, Thermal oil heater, Oder control system etc.
Experience to checking and verifying the submittals and drawings in accordance with the contract documents and specification.
Fully participation during pre-commissioning and working for the troubleshooting of any mechanical problem.
Hydro-testing according to the procedure and project specification.
Design for water course and pipe lining.
Coordination with the staff. Checking of layout and elevations.
Consultancy for water pipe lining and construction work.
Installation of underground RCC, PVC Pipes and Fiber Glass for pipe lining.
Profile for earth work estimation. Design of pipe in term of slope and invert levels
Extensive experience for air conditioning installation system knowledge of heating, ventilating for air conditioning equipment and systems.
Extensive experience to read & understand drawings blueprints, piping, ducting and pluming diagrams related to HVAC, s.
Extensive experience to understand brazing, soldering, pipefitting and welding works related to HVAC, s.
Experience for the preparation and finalizing the bills, costing, B, O, Q, writing & checking and finalizing the sub contractor bills.
Ability to understand mechanical drawing, P&ID Drawings, equipment assembly drawing, technical drawing and blueprint.
Knowledge of computerized electronic pneumatic devices related to HVAC, s.
Experience for the installation of fire fighting and plumbing system..
Experience for the Testing of chiller water lines,
Experience for the installation of cement plant.
