Positioned as a Head of PMO to plan, develop, and deliver strategic projects of digital transformation, mobile applications,
web applications, user experience, and fintech applications. Create organizational strategy, budgets, and deliver reports
to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Played an integral role in creating and executing PMO from scratch. Hold full
accountability for overseeing project managers to track and monitor project portfolio management process/plans. Design
project management plans, schedules, and progress reports, administer project health checks/reviews, and execute project

Create ICTC budgets and deliver reports to the Chief Information Officer of KFUPM. Produce and analyze project charters, request for proposals, bids evaluation and vendor selection, assigned project managers, project teams, and defined scope of work. Render keen eye for details to manage portfolio of 50+ projects of Saudi Riyals 30M. Play an integral role in creating and executing PMO from scratch in 2012 in accordance with PMI’s PMBoK standard. Hold full accountability for overseeing project managers to track and monitor project portfolio management process/plans. Create and deliver project portfolio progress reports to the CIO and DG in the ICTC directors meeting. Design project management plans, schedules, and progress reports, administer project health checks/reviews, and execute project governance, stage/phase gate reviews in a timely manner. Design and execute human resource management methodology as well as project management tools to administer resource utilization and allocation. Steer formal trainings and workshops for project managers and team members to devise project management processes.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 Led a high performing team of 20+ members to deliver project within time and meet strategic goals/business objectives, while staying within budget.
 Achieved bottom line results by designing, supervising, and executing a three-year ICT strategy, creating budget for the ICT center, and leading workshops to over 150 employees.

 Earned Silver Medal in Table Tennis in KFUPM Rector’s Cup sports tournament in 2015.

Led and completed projects funded under Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) to examine project proposals, feasibility studies, progress, quality, and completion reports and implement Medium Term Budgetary Framework (MTBF). Completed projects on project monitoring and evaluation system tool of planning commission. Created policy directives on emerging issues due to advancement in technologies. Created annual development budget of telecom sector PSDP projects of Pakistan as well as examined annual cash/work plans of PSDP projects. Shoulder the responsibility for generating summaries, presentations, letters, reports, and disaster management plan for the Telecom sector of Pakistan.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 Designed and devised processes of reviews of the policy for telecommunication sector 2003 of Pakistan.
 Positioned as a part of government of Pakistan in important international meetings, forums, and seminars, such as regional and international policy, regulatory, and standardization issues as Co-rapporteur in various groups of Asia Pacific Telecommunity (APT).
 Proficiently formulated and organized areas for coordination reports for the Government of Pakistan in ICT with countries, such as China, Egypt, and Libya.
 Designed achievements reports of Ministry of IT, disaster management plan for Telecom sector of Pakistan, and audit/inquiry report of a mega telecommunication project involving laying of Optical Fibre Cable of cost PKR660M.
 Effectively identified outcomes, outputs, and indicators and established agreed targets with the project to execute MTBF.

 APT Standardization (ASTAP-18) Forum (2011) in Bangkok, Thailand and chaired a session on “Accessibility and Usability Group”.
 ASTAP-17 Forum (2010) in Pattaya, Thailand and chaired a session of “Accessibility and Usability Group”.
 ASTAP-16 Forum (2009) in Macau, China and presented on “Broadband Accessibility in Pakistan”.
 ASTAP-15 Forum (2009) in Bangkok, Thailand and presented on “ICT Accessibility and Usability in Pakistan”.
 APT Study Groups Meeting (2009) in Bangkok, Thailand and chaired a session on “Infrastructure and Network”.
 World Standardization Symposium (WSS) and World Telecom Standardization Assembly 2008 (WTSA-08) held in Johannesburg, South Africa (2008).
 ASTAP-14 Forum and 2nd Preparatory meeting of APT Member countries for WTSA 08 in Kobe, Japan (2008).
 SAARC meetings held in Islamabad in 2008 and narrated the stance of Pakistan.

 Monitoring and evaluation of dealership development projects. Evaluate and follow up on Project Schedule Time Line for under construction/renovation Hyundai, KIA & Mitsubishi dealerships, ensure proper implementation of Corporate Identity (CI).
 Conduct formal trainings as well as On Job Training (OJTs) for the Sales Staff, Customer Relation Officers (CROs) and Telephone Operators at Hyundai, KIA and Mitsubishi Dealerships.
 Attend customers and their phone calls/complaints relating to the dealerships/products and resolve customers’ issues at Hyundai, KIA and Mitsubishi dealerships in North and Central Region on regular basis.
Key Achievements:
 Developed and maintained a project management reporting mechanism to keep General Manager/HoD informed about the CR & DD activities, issues and construction progress at dealerships on weekly basis.
 Conducted more than 20 formal full day training sessions and many On Job Training (OJT) sessions.
 Prepared a detailed report “Pakistan Automotive Network Handbook” on Automobile industry of Pakistan, which was circulated to all Heads of Departments of DFML.
 Successfully managed the events of launch of new products at Hyundai Sialkot Motors, KIA Faisalabad Motors and Mitsubishi Islamabad Motors during 2005, 2006 and 2007 respectively.
 Presented Mitsubishi vehicles by seven-point walk around method at Park Towers, Karachi during the launch/display of Mitsubishi in Pakistan in 2004.
 Presented BMW vehicles by seven-point walk around method at Expo Center, Karachi at the launching ceremony of BMW in Pakistan in 2003.
