Position as a Head of PMO to plan, develop, and deliver strategic projects of applications development framework, project & portfolio management dashboards, and enterprise architecture implementation projects. Create ICTC budgets and deliver reports to the Chief Information Officer of KFUPM. Led and completed projects funded under Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) to examine project proposals, feasibility studies, progress, quality, and completion reports and implement Medium Term Budgetary Framework (MTBF). Completed projects on project monitoring and evaluation system tool of planning commission. Created policy directives on emerging issues due to advancement in technologies. Created annual development budget of telecom sector PSDP projects of Pakistan as well as examined annual cash/work plans of PSDP projects. Shoulder the responsibility for generating summaries, presentations, letters, reports, and disaster management plan for the Telecom sector of Pakistan.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 Designed and devised processes of reviews of the policy for telecommunication sector 2003 of Pakistan.

 ASTAP-15 Forum (2009) in Bangkok, Thailand and presented on “ICT Accessibility and Usability in Pakistan”.
 APT Study Groups Meeting (2009) in Bangkok, Thailand and chaired a session on “Infrastructure and Network”.
 World Standardization Symposium (WSS) and World Telecom Standardization Assembly 2008 (WTSA-08) held in Johannesburg, South Africa (2008).
