Federal Board of Revenue & Punjab Revenue Authority
Registration for Sales Tax with the Punjab Revenue Authority
Filing of Annual Income Tax and Sales Tax Returns, Annual Withholding Statements and filing of
Monthly Withholding Statements & Sales Tax returns of clients
Filing and Processing the refund claims of Sales Tax on behalf of clients and getting Refund Payment
Orders from the Federal Board of Revenue
Processing & Obtaining Income Tax Exemption certificates and Income Tax refund of clients
As an engagement in charge to attend the Income Tax Audit and Sales Tax Audit proceedings of
clients and advise to clients on different tax matters and day to day changes made in the Income Tax
Ordinance, 2001 & Sales Tax Act, 1990
Appeals made to Commissioner Appeals on behalf of clients regarding sales tax matters & Income
tax matters of different clients
Corporate & Financial Advisory:
Registration of Companies with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan
Preparation of Memorandum & Articles of Association of different Companies

Filing of Annual Company Returns with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan for
different national & multinational Companies
Pre‐Audit of contractors bill as per Contract Agreement, review and approval of expenditures
Approval and posting of vouchers in Computerized Accounting Software
Preparation, Consolidation and finalization of financial statements and handling of audit done by
Statutory Auditors
Review and approval of Bank Reconciliation Statements
Reconciliation of loans disbursed by Donor Agencies

light of Donors guidelines of different clients
Engaged in 4 years of audit training for CA Articles of Chartered Accountancy and gained experience in the field of audit, consultancy, tax and corporate advisory.
