• Supervising the finance department including double entry accounting software.
• Managing financial accounting, monitoring, reporting systems, cash flows and reporting on factors influencing business performance & cost reduction opportunities.
• Responsible to maintain appropriate financial, accounting and computing procedures of all the projects.
• Supporting Commanding Officer-field office in improving and maintaining efficient internal controls and accounting systems in line with the guidelines of the organization.
• Regular financial monitoring of field areas of the project and provide support and training to project field offices.
• Reviewing books of accounts, ledgers and monthly reconciliations such as Bank, Cash and payroll.
• Presentation to top management on financial matters of the projects and preparation of periodic financial reports to specific deadlines.
• Supervision of payroll preparation, disbursement and Monitoring invoicing, payment and recovery.
• Preparation of monthly profit & loss summary of all the running projects and presenting it to management..
• To deal with the auditors and reply their queries during the course of audit.
