1. Supervising the finance & HR department including double entry accounting software’s (OFS & DEAS & Online HR Module).
2. Managing financial accounting, monitoring, reporting systems, cash flows and reporting on factors influencing business performance & cost reduction opportunities.
3. Responsible to maintain appropriate financial, accounting and computing procedures of all the projects.
4. Supporting Commanding Officer-field office in improving and maintaining efficient internal controls and accounting systems in line with the guidelines of the organization.
5. Regular financial monitoring of field areas of the project and provide support and training to project field offices.
6. Reviewing books of accounts, ledgers and monthly reconciliations such as Bank, Cash and payroll.
7. Presentation to top management on financial matters of the projects and preparation of Periodic financial reports to specific deadlines.
8. Supervision of payroll preparation, disbursement and Monitoring invoicing, payment and recovery.
9. Stock management of running projects.
10. Preparation of monthly profit & loss summary of all the running projects and presenting it to management.
11. To deal with the auditors and reply their queries during the course of audit.
12. Supervising the petty Cash and Accounts Management.
13. Record and follow up all administrative expenses in the Monthly Expenses Follow-up.
14. Preparation of Monthly Closing Documents (Inventories, Bank Reconciliation, Liabilities, etc)
15. Supervise and follow up the management of the field and office Employee Folders, Collect all necessary documents
16. Providing administrative support to Commanding Officer, more than 700 employees and 200 pieces of Plant/equipments/Vehicles.
Conversion of single entry into double entry accounting system.
Maintaining all transactions in MS Excel file separately.
Dealing with project bank accounts, bank recons with cash book and bank statement.
supervising the work of trainee accountants.
Recording all transactions regarding expenses and supervising the transactions recorded by trainee accountants.
Recording transactions into double entry accounting system.
Book Keeping of all necessary transactions.
Maintaining Files of all bills, vouchers, official documents.
Assisting Accounts Officer in Bank Reconciliations.
Currently i am doing M.Phil economics, have completed course work and now working on research work. Most Probably research will be completed in December 2017 or in march 2018.
Currently doing ACCA by self study, and have cleared half of its exams and remaining exams will be completed till December 2017
I did M.Sc Economics from University of Peshawar.
I got 2 years Bachelors Degree major in Statistics and Economics from Peshawar university Pakistan.
I did F.Sc from F. G. Boys Degree College Peshawar Cantt major in Computer, Maths and Statistics.
I did my Matriculation from F. G. Boys High School Sialkot Cantt major in Science Subject.
