• Assist the sales department in analyzing and making the collection forecast report, in order to properly follow up on pending collection
• Maintain the bad debts provision. Handle quarterly/annually audit with external auditors on accounts receivable matters
• Actively participates and communicates in the team-based work groups that make up the Credit Department
• Apply credit policy for the delinquent accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
• Manage the letter of guarantee in order to secure the offshore outstanding of export customers
• Align with sales director to visit customers with sales team to build relationship with customers in order to resolve the issues
• Cash Flow projection/forecasting and closely work with Finance manager
• Provide assistance to Treasury Manager related to cash management and availability of enough cash inflow
• Prepare the financial statement with analysis and ratios
