 Complete Administrative, secretarial, organizational support.
 Verify, physical count & reconcile payables & receivables.
 Managing incoming and outgoing communications such as E-mails.
 Paper correspondence, phone calls. Prepare and process requisitions And purchase orders for Supplies and
 Equipment. Report generation of all the given orders on timely basis.
 Good enough in email follow-ups, preparing Service reports,
 Quotation, LPO & Invoices, Tracking daily activity and updating Daily accounts. Co -ordinate with sales and
 Customer service departments to have proper control over the new Orders.
