• Supervision of Residential projects; which includes monitoring of steel & form work, concrete activities and other major mile stones along with Quality control checks.

• Worked as a Project Manager for all the ongoing building and MSC/BTS sites construction projects. Involve in all the construction activities from site selection till final acceptance. • Responsible for the civil consultant/ contractors evaluation & Selection, Contract negotiations and contract pricing, related to the Civil and Environmental Works, including Firefighting, Air-conditioning and Diesel Generator Systems.
• Responsible for all aspects of the Civil & Environmental works including BOQ, technical specifications, tender documents Construction Drawings, Structural Calculations, Foundation Design/Studies, Soils Reports, Land Surveys, acceptance of deliverable products and interaction with all departments.
• Monitoring and controlling risks in Construction Works continuously and maintain Contingency Plan for the Project.
• Construction of Well location for Rig, Work-over/restoration job for Rig, Up-gradation of access road and Oil facilities (Including leveling / grading, construction of equipment and pipe support foundation, installation of temporary and permanent fence), Complete / mandatory leveling of location, Supervision of Rig related jobs.
• Developed list of material for procurement, Verification of bills, Job package review, preparation of package queries and follow-up.
• Preparation of daily planning sheet. Prepare MOM (Minutes of meeting) of meeting.
• Coordination with the construction Superintendent and third party QA/QC team (Moody International)
• Responsible for the Rig & facility sites HSE. Conduct safety meetings on daily basis with internal and also with the vendor’s team members.
