Provide technical support to clients who have a Fortinet Firewall and Kaspersky deployed in their networks. Troubleshoot their queries, provide support on how to monitor their organization’s networks and systems to avoid security breaches or intrusions and eliminate vulnerabilities from their networks. Also, guide them on how to plan and carry out security measures to monitor and protect sensitive data and systems from infiltration and cyber-attacks. Educate the workforce on Information & Network security through training and ensure that clients are using best practices to protect sensitive data of their organization. Determine the latest technologies and maintain the security policies that improve the overall security of the systems.
Install computer hardware, software (OS and Applications). Maintaining the computer systems and monitoring the network against the potential threats and cyber-attacks. Test and check the systems in different branches of the company for weaknesses in hardware and software. Ensure that all the systems are well protected against malware and threats by installing endpoint security on them. Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network issues professionally and providing support to the employees to run the network smoothly. Testing and evaluating the new technologies to improve the security of the systems and network within the organization.
Installation and configuration of a company’s computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems. Logging the queries of customers and employees. Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends. Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Testing and evaluating new technology.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Monitor the performance of a Radio network by conducting Drive Test. Worked on Drive Test tools like TEMS Investigation to carry out propagation and signal measurement. Collecting and analyzing the obtained data to enhance the performance of a Radio network. Conduct site surveys for wireless network optimization. Schedule the projects and ensure their successful completion.
