• Preparation of all kind of prequalification’s of subcontractors and material approval submittals, Inspection Requests for Architectural, ID and Structures.
• Reviewing the IFC/Tender drawings and BOQ and rising the quires to client.
• Prepare the PQP, ITP, method statements and obtaining approval from client.
• Reviewing the shop drawing’s prior submission and ensure all the requirements of client are fulfilled and minimize the rejection.
• QA tool box talk with workmanship and in-house training for staff.
• Preparing presentation and representing weekly QA/QC meeting with client.
• Inspection for mass excavation and formation levels, blinding concrete, fully-bonded and bituminous water proofing, raft, columns, RC Slab, PT Slab, RC & PT beams, formwork inspections, deep/Lift pits, dewatering, Water feature Structures, Water Tanks, Shear walls, RC beams, stair case, expansion joints, PT Beams, PT Tendon installation and profile, Tendon grout, Pan box filling, steel structure installation.
• Fully coordination between MEP, Architecture, interior/exterior design, landscape during obtaining approval and job execution.
• Steel structure erecting, bolt torquing, decking sheet and seam system installation and rebound hammer testing for studs.
• Underground services, Architecture coordination prior concrete placement, plastering, finishing.
• Light Weight Concreting, Architecture Screeds, Fiber Screed, Styrofoam Filling etc.
• Material receiving inspection and follow up with vendors for documents tracing (if any missing).

Architecture/ ID-Interior Design:
• Mock-up preparation and obtaining approvals.
• Masonry blockworks. AAC blockwork for fire rated walls, cavity walls, insulation sheet installations etc.
• Stiffener columns and Tie beams installation, blockwork accessories installation, expansion joints, joint filling.
• Plaster clearance from relevant disciplines, plaster accessories installations, rush coat, coats, finishes inspection, Painting systems.
• Dry wall partition, channel installations, gypsum boards installation inspections.
• Glass wall partitions, steel framing, painting and glass installation inspections.
• Installation of floor tiles and wall tiles and its coordination with other discipline.
• Preparing final handover documents (work pack/test pack/handover packs).
• Façade works like external glazing, mullions and transom, U channels installation inspection and testing.
• Different types of water proofing wet and dry and water leakage test.
• Epoxy paint flooring, Epoxy wall paint, epoxy skirting paint, epoxy ceiling paints, fire proof paints (intumescent and cement-based paint).
