1- To review the technical transmittal.

7- To respond to the RFIs submitted by the contractor.
8- To witness testing commissioning and performance of the equipment.
9- To provide a snag list for outstanding minor work by the contractor.

-To supervise the HVAC works at Jaber Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah Hospital, a large healthcare facility consisting of 1168 beds. The project cost 304 million K.Ds. such as,
1-To review shop drawings to ensure that they are following the design and that they are coordinated.
2- To review technical submittals to ensure that they are following the specifications.
3-To put into place quality assurance procedures to ensure that procedures for review and inspection of installations are maintained throughout the project period.
3- To review method statements to ensure that the contractor proposal is feasible and will achieve the intended purpose.
4- To inspect deliveries/installed/constructed work to ensure that it is following the shop drawings and the specifications.
5- To respond to the contractor's request for information to clarify ambiguities.
6- To review and approve the contractor's payment in line with estimated work completion so that he can be paid for the actual work done.
7- To witness testing commissioning and performance of various Equipment.
8- To provide a snag list for outstanding minor work by the contractor.
9- To review 'As-Built' drawings and 'Operation and Maintenance Manuals'.

-To design an air conditioning system both air-cooled and water-cooled (from concept design to final design).
- To calculate cooling and heating loads for the project.
-To design ventilation systems both normal & smoke ventilation.
-To coordinate the project with other departments.
-To design the ducting, pipe sizing & routing layouts.
-To size and selection of the equipment.
-To prepare bills of quantities & specifications for the projects.
- To supervise the HVAC work at the site.

During my stay with this company, I worked on the project Mina Abdullah Refinery

*Responsible for all types of maintenance ( Preventive, predictive and condition-based) of the plant to keep it in optimum condition all the time for better line utilization and smooth operation of the plant.
*Responsible for the expansion projects at the plant. The major equipment of the plant includes a chilling unit, air-conditioning unit, split, package type A/C units, Compressors, Pumps, Motors, and Boiler.
*Responsible for the water resource management to preserve water.
*Responsible for the contractor management.
*Responsible for the company fleet including 150 vehicles of different types/size.

*Responsible for the smooth running of the refrigeration system and air- conditioning system through timely maintenance of compressors, evaporative condensers, pumps, valves, motors, control panels, etc...
*Responsible for the preventive, predictive maintenance.
*Responsible for the installation & commissioning of the equipment for the renovation and expansion projects.
* Responsible for the spare parts and inventories.

Responsible for the maintenance of Air-conditioning and refrigeration units.

Responsible for the General checkup of all the plant equipment in its annual maintenance.
which includes the overhauling of the compressors used for the chilling unit, general checkup, and overhauling of the air-conditioning unit. general checkup and overhauling of control panels, general checkup and overhauling of huge three-phase motors. Annually servicing the package type A/C units.
Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance.
