I am responsible for:
• Conducting feedback surveys from students and faculty members, to prepare summary reports for sharing with concerned Head of Departments,
• The annual Self-Assessment of the MBBS program, by setting the Assessment Team visits to evaluate the Self-Assessment Report prepared by the Department concerned, and to ensure follow-up of the implementation status of recommendations from the Assessment Team visit,
• The implementation of quality assurance criteria from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), and to sensitize department heads before the council’s visit,
• To organize and attend workshops, seminars, and conferences on quality assurance and related topics, at the National and International levels for the capacity building of students, staff, and faculty members,
• The handling of NoC matters with PMDC and KMU (the parent university),
• The establishment and maintenance of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreements of Jinnah Medical College with other institutions or organizations for educational collaborations,
• The collection and provision of college statistics (data) for annual ranking assessments by the Higher Education Commission (HEC),
• The formulation of policies and adoption of different rules/regulations set by the PMDC, HEC, and KMU, for the smooth functioning of the college.
I was responsible for:
• The implementation of Quality Assurance processes including Master's, M.Phil. and Ph.D. program reviews, Teacher’s and Course Evaluations,
• The facilitation of the Program Team Members in preparation of Self-Assessment Reports of their respective Academic Programs,
• The preparation and participation in the development of University Portfolio Report (UPR) for the Institutional Performance Evaluation Visit by the HEC on annual basis,
• The compilation and sending the Yearly Progress Reports (YPR) of Northern University, to HEC for each fiscal year,
• The Preparation of Quality Enhancement Cell’s budget proposal for each fiscal year,
• The coordination with audit visits by the HEC and other accreditation bodies and to provide support to the faculty members in academic programs wherever required,
• Supervising all QEC activities in Director’s absence.
I was responsible for:
• The management of semester examination activities including, to ensure timely conduct of examinations (Mid/Final Term) as per Academic Calendar, Entry Tests (GAT) for Admissions in MS/M.Phil. Degree Programs, Final Result Notifications and General Notifications regarding Date sheets, Seating Plans etc.
• To supervise the printing process of degrees and transcripts,
• To maintain and update the Degree Scroll Records, evaluation of Medals Lists, and Lists of Graduates for University Convocations,
• The academic verification of pass out students (Alumni) from Initial Draft to Dispatch along with Covering Letters,
• Sending the University Annual Statistical Information Data to HEC on annual basis,
• Updating the Pakistan Qualification Register (PQR) for Northern University and addressing students' issues related to the PQR,
• The Legal Matters i.e., Student Court Cases, to represent the Northern University,
• For the processing of Honorarium Cases for External Examiners in cases of MS/M.Phil. and Ph.D. Thesis defenses, from Initial Approval to Dispatch the Original Cheques to addressees.
I was responsible for the Quality Assurance and Self-Assessment of Academic Programs.
I was responsible for:
• The preparation and participation in the development of University Portfolio Report (UPR) for the Institutional Performance Evaluation Visit by the HEC on annual basis,
• The coordination with audit visits by the HEC and other accreditation bodies and to provide support to the faculty members in academic programs wherever required,
• Implementation of Rules/Regulations and Policies of HEC regarding Master's, M.Phil. and Ph.D. degree Programs.
• The facilitation of the Program Team Members in preparation of Self-Assessment Reports of their respective Academic Programs,
• The assistance to Director QEC, in evaluation of Academic Programs, Teachers’, Course Evaluations, and Graduating Student Survey,
• The conducting of Plagiarism Standing Committee’s Meetings as secretary regarding Students’ Plagiarism Cases,
• The compilation of documents and agendas for the Board Meetings, Academic Council, and Board of Governors’ meetings in coordination with the Registrar’s Office,
• The facilitation to Faculty and Departments, for the developing and designing of Curricula for Academic Programs,
• The preparation of required documents to start new research programs (MS/M.Phil. and Ph.D.).
I taught Engineering Economy (Economics for Engineers) to Civil Technology students of Batch 6th, in the Department of Technology.
I completed my Master's Degree in Applied Economics in 2014, official results were declared in February 2015, from one of the leading universities in Pakistan, i.e., the University of Peshawar. It was a two-year degree after 14 years of Education where I topped both years and secured a Gold Medal in Economics, standing 1st Position in my University. As a Final Year Project I worked on "Privatization and its role in Economic Stability of Pakistan".
I completed my Bachelor (14 Years of Education) in 2012, from one of the Govt. owned Colleges fin Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, which was affiliated with Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. I achieved the 1st position in my college during my bachelor's program by obtaining 397 marks out of 550 total.
I got 778 marks out of 1100 (70.72%) in my Intermediate Education in 2010 from Islamia College Peshawar.
I got 714 Marks out of 900 total, equivalents to (79.3%) in 2008, from Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mardan.
