Responsible for solving day-to-day problems and anticipating health
and safety, quality and environmental hazards at production sites
Perform risk analysis for each stage of the construction process,
ensuring that safety is the top concern.
Ensure compliance with project specifications on health, the
environment, quality, and the safety of people and property in and
around the work premises.
Help to increase safety and minimize risks by fostering a “safety and
environment” mindset among employees.
Responsible for implementing & maintaining the company’s Quality,
Health, Safety & Environmental systems; for representing
management in the event of any external audit with reference to ISO
9001, 18001, and 14001 standards.
Generation of regular reports to management on the effectiveness of
the QHSE systems.
Capture & report-out the processing delay, quality issues,
opportunities for process improvement.
Familiarity with the correct application of systems and processes that
ensures continuous improvement (safety, maintenance, quality, and
manufacturing).
Ability to define, delegate, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
Able to assist in the layout, measuring, planning, and execution of
work activities.
Knowledge of precast manufacturing process and improvement
process.

1. Civil works and underground piping (
L9ZR-FI-00-K049 )
Monitor the quality control indicators and alert site engineers in cases
of deviation and propose corrective measures to be applied.
Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.
Develop piping test packages manage testing activities.
Manage work acceptance operations and follow-up of the punch lists.
Preparation of all documents related to inspections & attend
inspections with the client for all activities of the site & ensure that it
is as per the latest approved drawings and get approval.
Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the method
statements and approved drawings are followed.
Implement all aspects of quality assurance/control system on all
materials; keep on file test results and calibration reports of test
equipment.
Supervising the installation of all underground piping systems.
Carry out inspections and review/check hydro test packages.
Address concerns and issues raised by clients and consultants on
quality matters.
2. Temporary offices and facilities ( L9ZR-FI90-K009 )
Review Drawings & Specifications, Laboratory Test Results,
Inspection, and test plan, and Method Statements for implementation.
Witness along with the client representative and consultants the
testing of materials and structures (e.g. concrete sampling, trial mix,
and materials testing for building).
Prepare inspection requests and other quality-related
reports/documents of every activity and monitor accomplishments.
Supervising labor and sub-contractors to ensure that work is carried
out in accordance with works procedures and instructions.
Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract
requirements.
To prepare documents related to inspection and attend inspection for
the activities at the site and ensure that it is as per the latest approved
drawings.

Analyze piling and shoring works.
Manage site board piling issues and ensure the day to day operational
control of contracts carried out to the correct work procedures.
Liaising with site teams to ensure that board piling run efficiently
focusing on, safety, quality, and productivity, and cost control.
Apply Project Management principles in carrying out assigned tasks
and accomplish project deliverables to the required standard in a
timely manner.
Ensure the quality of the polymer used for the piles by checking its
sand content, pH, density, and viscosity.
Responsible for supervising and monitoring all piling activities.
Prepare daily project accomplishments.
Constantly working under pressure to meet deadlines and project
completion dates.
Attend on-site meetings with higher management and talking them
through the job and completing the work on a high standard.
Supervision of substructure works for large bridge project having
3000 mm diameter pile and pile length depending
on the sea bed level.
Managed, supervised, and lead the team of technicians, contractors,
and materials on site.
Ensured that the right equipment size and specifications were
installed as approved in the drawing.
Maintained daily and weekly work records and reported to the higher
officials.
Negotiating and appointing preferred sub-contractors.
Monitored consistently the actual progress of the assigned tasks.
Setting out project works in accordance with drawings &
specifications.
Keep track of the project as per the planning schedule and coordinate
with higher management about cost control and completing projects
within budget.
Regular interface with architects regarding specification and design.
To supervise and monitor the site laborers forces and monitor the
work of subcontractors.
To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems
that may arise at any time.
