• Manage the design, routing and procurement of all electrical systems.
• Responsible for the design and procurement of the system for the earthing and lightning protection system components.
• Define the rules and guidelines for the management, integration and procurement of power and I&C cables;
• Define the rules and guidelines for management, design integration and monitoring of insulation requirements, EMC, earthing and lighting protection systems.
• Specify the technical requirements of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and software tools required for the management of cable routing and earthing systems.
• Produce technical specifications and participate in the procurement contract tender process for external engineering support, and the purchase and installation of cables and components for the electrical systems.
• Manage the work performed by external companies contracted by the Organization.
• Participate in the supervision and coordination of activities related to the design, procurement and installation of cables and components for the electrical systems that are under the responsibility of the Organization.
• Maintain a strong commitment to the implementation and perpetuation of the Organization Safety Program, values and ethics.

• Supervise and Manage Site Engineers for Electrical and Telecommunication systems and other Low Current Systems.
• Supervise the installation of Medium Voltage Cables and Systems.
• Design and develop the Grounding and Bonding systems for the equipment.
• Prepare Material Submittals, Technical Queries, Requests for Information and other Document submittals and coordinate with the Designer/Consultant and Saudi ARAMCO.
• Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) and Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Department (SAPID) for progress of construction work.
• Submission of shop drawings to the consultant for the approval.
• Design a range of building electrical services.
• Attend weekly meetings with Saudi Aramco to update on project progress, identify lags (if any) and identify corrective measures.
• Develop electrical distribution systems for complex applications and plan these systems using recognized industry standards and specifications.
• Interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Execute various projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and International standards and ARAMCO Standards.
• Design of electrical services including Power, Lighting and the range ELV systems and Low Current Systems.
• Troubleshoot on electrical systems/equipment.

• Undertaking design of projects with minimal supervision, reporting to Management on a regular basis.
• Develop electrical distribution systems for high-rise applications and plan these systems using recognized industry standards and specifications.
• Installation of low current systems such as Fire alarm system, sound system, IPTV system, CCTV system, Clock system and BMS system.
• Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of Water supply systems, Sewerage systems, Fire suppression systems, Electrical cables and wiring, Facility electrical utility equipment and distribution lines, Lighting/switches/receptacles/air conditioning units, Generators and power distribution/breaker panels, Electrical distribution systems, Motors/pumps/cables/wiring and all other electrical systems.
• Deliver detailed design deliverables including Single Line Diagrams, Block Cable Diagrams, General Electrical Equipment Layouts, Lighting Layouts, Earthing Layouts, Hazardous Area Layouts, Cable Schedules and Substation layouts.
• Plan and analyze all possible construction methodologies and recommend the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Execute various projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and International standards.
• Design of electrical services including Power, Lighting and the range ELV systems.
• QA/QC of works.
• Troubleshoot on electrical systems/equipment.

• Analyze the designs and blueprints of the construction to be accomplished.
• Ensure and plan the estimated time and resources for achieving the target.
• Interaction with the supplier for the selection of best quality materials.
• Implementation and supervision on the site through shop drawing with the electrical team.
• Submission of shop drawings to the consultant for the approval.
• Review of shop drawing in accordance with the specification and co-ordination with other disciplines.
• Calculation of bill of quantities of Project of hi-rise buildings for low voltage and low current system.
• Submission of the project by preparation of As-built drawings.
• Design a range of building electrical services.
• Selection of LV power supplies and distribution system, selection of switch gears, and Motor control centers, associated protection systems, Relay coordination, fault level (Short circuit) calculations, Transformer sizing, standby generator-set sizing, UPS system sizing, design of lighting system, Design and selection of fire detection and alarm system, firefighting system, plumbing system, lightning protection, earthing and bonding system.
• Revising of Electrical Shop Drawings.
• Computing the Quantities of Material at any variation.

• Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
• Perform system calculations and studies for electrical power systems - load flow, voltage drop, motor starting, short circuit studies, and relay coordination studies.
• Develop test requirements and assist in electrical equipment checkout and startup.
• Review and check all assigned project electrical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions (One-line diagrams, electrical equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.).
• Develop technical bid tabulation to support the selection of major electrical equipment
• Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements.
• Review of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
• Prepare performance and operational reports.
