I am responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs. Review current development programs and design, implement, and evaluate strategies and frameworks that facilitate the professional development & personal grooming and continuous learning of Gerry’s dnata employees. Contribute to employee performance measurements frameworks along with leading leadership development and organization’s communication programs.

Manpower planning - to develop and maintain organogram(s) in light of business needs and workload assessment.
 Study existing org structure in a systematic way to configure and align processes, culture, leadership, HR metrics and people practices.
 Study existing SLA's to determine gap between existing human resources and future human resource planning through Time and motion study & mapping of data.
 Manage monthly disbursement of payroll and final settlements of permanent, contractual & 3P employees, including allowances, EOBI, PF and taxes consistent with federal and state laws.
 Identify gaps in paperless HR process and digitalize the existing HR process using DECIBEL.
 Study existing vendor and customer SLA/s and determine synergies and propose proposal to management for cost benefit.
 Provide strategic oversight and direction to remuneration policy and practices.
 Study existing policies and industry best practices and recommend policy updates.
 Design, implement and manage end to end Talent Management Framework and associated tools for both internal & external talent.
 Develop and administer a Competency Framework for Leadership Development, to be imbedded in all people assessment processes for hiring, promotions and internal placements.
 Construct, implement and manage a Framework for Succession Planning involving identification of critical positions, talent reviews, successor mapping, execution of Individual successor development and performance improvement plans.
 Implement Employee Reward & Recognition Programs including but not limited to the Najm Award Scheme across the company.
 Analyze the current level of employee engagement & association with the company and organize employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
 Analyze existing designation nomenclature and develop frameworks to algin designations.
 Design & conduct online HR diagnostic survey(s) to identify employee pain points, recommend process improvements, seek approvals and implement HR service excellence programs.

•Ensure Effective and Efficient administration activities such as equipment’s, office supplies, assets, janitorial work, fleet and fuel, office boys and assist in security matters.
•Reporting Facility Management issues to the concerned departments and liaison for maintenance.
•Monitoring Housekeeping staff services and supervise admin facilities for improvement.
•Responsible to organize recreational events and different internal/external trainings.
•Look after employees’ transportation services and manages the conveyance of delegates.
•Processing of Bill Payments of multiple Vendors.
•Managing and maintaining budgets of IT Equipment’s and Civil Works.
