Serving as an HR & Training Manager in this esteemed organization is a job that I find extremely challenging and pushing, yet very rewarding and satisfying to my needs of excellence and sense of accomplishment. Working with AOT had rewarded me a great deal of experience in management and leadership along with the practical experience. I can definitely say that this job is a turning point in my career and personal life. It also brought me to realize my real and true potentials and made me learn how much creativity and capability I can bring out when performing with passion and care. My accomplishments with AOT are things that I take great pride in and will cherish for the rest of my career.

When I first worked With SMCH, I was assigned the position of a billing & admission officer. However, after couple of weeks, the assistant manager stepped down and the position was open. The department manager saw that I was worthy of the position even though I had little experience and had only worked for three weeks with them. Eventually I was assigned this position and served as an assistant for the department manager for 3 months when I was offered the position of HR & Training Manager with AOT.

The business Center at the national guard hospital is a profiting center where patients, whom not covered by the national guard presidency, can get medical attention by NGH’s elite medical professionals as cash patients. The income goes directly to the national guard treasury department and thus it serves as a department and not as, widely known, an independent business. I was responsible for the Dental department and served a supervisory role in it.

Studying Abroad in this esteemed university was both challenging and rewarding. I immediately joined the faculty of computer sciences upon arrival. Due to excellent English language skills and a high score in my TOEFL exam, I was not required to go to any language school at all and was immediately enrolled as a university student. After two years of studies and nearly 90 out of 132 Hours of classes accomplished, bad news came from home. My father had a major heart attack and I had to halt my study for one semester and go back home. Unfortunately, the heart attack left my, previously diabetic, father extremely week and partially disabled. This meant the end of my studies abroad and me staying home permanently.

Worked while I was in my senior year in high school, this period had a profound impact on both my life and career. After graduation, I kept on working with SMSC for another three years while I was at King Saud University studying Architecture. Later on, an opportunity by the Ministry of Higher Education was presented to study abroad, putting an end to both my architectural studies and career with SMSC.
