Main responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities related to procurement/logistics of project services, goods and materials. Participate in development of Procurement/Contracting Strategies to secure equipment and materials/services in accordance with schedule, quality requirements and costs.
• Ensure detailed vendor prequalification and negotiating tactics in supports of Procurement/Contracting strategies.
Other responsibilities:
• Work with AFE (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Member of TCO team as Team Leader: Customs Declaration Audit of Phases: 1, 2 & 3 by Atyrau Customs Department. Customs Declaration Audit of purchased goods from periods: 1999 till 2009(copy of the recommendation mail from Tengizchevroil Future Growth Manager is available).

MR order, deliver & issue with in sing in Issue book.
Fill in MR order for ZI, PE, Baroid, Sperry Sun & DCT departments, deliver & issue - procurement, logistics & materials control (order, deliver & issue) / SAP program by HALLIBURTON International Inc.
Job Descriptions:
