Procurement & Stock Controlling:

Maintaining the good relationship with the Europe regions, China, India suppliers.
Creating the PR and getting the PI for the payment.
Shipment Tracking and arranging freight forwarding Sea or AIR.
Freight negotiation with forwarders.
Shipment Receiving, Arranging S-Loc and Labeling. Landing Cost and Item Master data Creation
Monitoring the multiple locations of retail store Inventory Levels.
Performing the cycle physical Stock audit to Avoid the Discrepancies.
Coordinating the Logistics of Stock Transfers requests, and deliveries to the retail store as per the season. Documentations and updating the Inventory Records, Pricing, GRN, Stock IN & OUT Entry and Transfers.

Responsibilities:

Planning and forecasting the spares at weekly basis.
Placing the PO in supplier portal. Claims and credit notes from vendor.
Defective Parts return Application on Huawei portal.
Sending reports with Stocks, POS, INV, in-transit and perform MIS reporting.
Conducting the stock audit and follow-up the discrepancies until get closed.
