Responsibilities
Business Partner for Crop Science: leading, developing and implementing
local policy, public affairs and stakeholder strategies aligned with the
business strategy.
Proactively managing Bayers reputation in the external environment; active
engagement with the key governmental stakeholders, NGO advocacy groups,
trade associations.
Key contributor to the local management team and provide appropriate
policy and public affairs expertise to help make business decisions.
Representing Bayer Russia Crop Science in global public affairs team, sharing
best practices and driving new initiatives.
Facilitating participation in relevant high-level political events (meetings,
conferences, etc.).
Leading sustainability projects to support Bayers commitment to
environmental and social responsibility.

Responsibilities
Coordinating the work of Automotive Components, Commercial Vehicles,
Construction Equipment, Agribusiness and Tire producers committees:
lobbying and representing the interests of the member companies.
Establishing, maintaining, managing and developing various networks with
federal governmental authorities, industry associations, NGOs, key decision
makers and influencers.
Representing the committees in the EU industry associations, arranging
meetings with the EU authorities and other stakeholders.
Organizing open meetings, round tables, seminars, conferences, forums
initiated by committees in Eurasian countries and the EU.
Responsible for the programme of International Moscow Automotive Forum
(IMAF), Tatarstan International Automotive Forum (TIAF), Construction
Equipment Forum CEF and COMTRANS Arena: keynote speakers, sessions,
topics, B2B meetings, etc.

Responsibilities
Leading the operational work of the finance department.
Running spends and project reports for the sections, budget control and
overview in Hyperion, Preparation of end-of-the-month checks of all Russia
network accounts and submission to the main office in the UK.
Line managing the finance team: deputy accountant, payroll-officer
