Education program based on standards developed by NASPE (National Association for Sports and
Physical Education, USA).
Teaching physical competency in motor skills and movement patterns, understanding of movement
concepts, principles, strategies, and tactics, and the value of physical activity for health, enjoyment,
challenge, self-expression, and social interaction.
