Provide ERP Technical Consultancy for Customers using IFS Application.
Proving Software Support Services for IFS customers in the central European region. The team is responsible for providing second line support. The responsibilities included technical analysis, design, testing, debugging and post implementation support of an ERP application. Also to train and guide other members o the team.

My role as a software engineer was to work in a team that provided second line support through Software Development and Software Support Services for IFS customers in the central European region. The region comprises of Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and Luxembourg. . I have been working in a team which provides second line support. The responsibilities included technical analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation and post implementation support of a ERP application.
Software Development -
Customize the IFS Application based on customer request
Provide time estimations for customization specifications.
Create deliveries to customers.
Software Support Services -
Identifying errors in the IFS Applications
Fixing/ Applying bug fixes
Maintaining customer environments
