Monitor Progress and issue regular progress updates.
Look After Maintenance Activities, Supervise Operational Activities.
Control Man Power & Depute According to Priority Required.
Preparing Work Orders & Requisitions for Materials & Spare Parts.
Preparing Technical Reports, Statistic Evaluation Reports for Maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance Programme & Schedule for Periodic Maintenance.
Trouble Shooting, Routine Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance.
Inventory Control of Equipments, Tools & the Materials.
Fire Alarm System Operation & Control, Maintenance the Safe Working of the System.
Safe Receipt of Water, Distribution Networks of water & related Plumbing Jobs.
Electrical Control, distribution & Remedies of Fault Including Maintaining Power Supply.

· Fabrication, Erection, Testing, Commissioning of Steel Structure, Piping, Storage Tanks Pump Flow Meters, etc.
· Fabrication & Erection of 6” dia, 94 Km long, Buried off take Pipe line from Pak. Arab Refinery to Shell Pak. Ltd. Shikarpur Installation.
Look after Maintenance Activities.
· Remedies Faults during operation.
· Schedule of Periodical Maintenance.
· Control Store Inventory Levels.
· Monitoring Operational Activities.
· Routine Preventive & corrective maintenance.
· Trouble shooting especially in Hydraulic & Pneumatic System.
· Achieving Production Targets.
