1. Teller Modernization for a US Bank.
Being the primary technical lead for this project was responsible for evaluating build Vs Buy options by comparing various Teller Platforms like ARGO, FIS Touch, MTell etc.
Responsible for creating initial high level designs for the entire Teller System. Carried Out POC for digital transformation features like front image capture, TCR integration. Was part of the complete life cycle of the project, followed rapid application development model to build this project. Used Java and J2EE technologies liek Spring MVC, Core and Batch and JQuery, HTML5 and CSS 3
2. FNA (Financial Needs Assessment)
Was the primary tech lead for this project for the same US banking client. Responsible for design, analysis and implementation of various modules in this system like, account opening, on-boarding the customer, validating the customer against credit score, follow-ups, referrals etc. Used Java and J2EE technologies and frameworks like Apache Wicket to build this system.
Design and Develop Huge Web Applications for Banking Clients using Web Technologies like Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, Ajax, HTML, CSS, XML, Web services, DB2, SQL Server, Websphere etc.
Managing a team of 30+ members, while assigning individual modules to them. Performing Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Analysis and Design, Coding, interacting with clients. Managing Defect Review Board meetings. Participating in Scrum meetings.
