• Designing, planning, scheduling and mobilizing of resources including
equipment and manpower.
• Participating every project related meeting with client, consultant and the main
contractor.
• Supervising HVAC works
• Execute mechanical services works
• To make inspection requests (Material, Installation, Testing and Commissioning)
request and get the approval from consultant for related.
• Preparing project schedules according to project handing over date.
• Co-ordinating with sub-contractors.
• Attending site meeting with consultant and project manager.
• Ensure that activities are correctly planned and performed throughout the
project
•Planning, scheduling and mobilizing of resources including equipment and man
power.
• Maintaining clear lines of communication with the clients and consultants to
promote professional relationship and ensuring mutual understanding on all issues, obtaining approval for MEP/HVAC
• Handling the material sourcing in coordination with procurement department.
• Appraises the project manager in respect of any variation or changes required.
• Preparing daily progress reports, updating all logs on the project and submitting to project manager
• Ensure the activities are correctly planned and performed throughout the whole project duration.
