Planning and preparing daily production schedules according to customer orders and stock levels.
* Supporting the continuous optimization process of resources and inventory level to meet the plant targets.
* Close Communication with customer (OPEL Germany).
* Analyzing customer forecast and firm orders in order to update capacity study files and to generate MRP file
(Material Requirement Planning) needed by the supply team on weekly basis.
Technical skills Tools and Methods MRP, PIC, Capacity Study, KANBAN, Supply Chain Management, 5S, Ishikawa, SMED, PDCA, Pareto, JIT, 6Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, Kaizen, MSP, AMDEC. Economics General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance, Management Control.
